During this one hour all levels yoga class, we’ll move through a gentle vinyasa flow followed by a series of specific poses designed to promote recovery in between training sessions, aid in injury prevention, and strengthen & lengthen key muscles. We’ll blend the most effective postures in sequence and do a lot of stretching. You’ll also learn key breathing techniques for endurance and increased lung capacity. By the end of class you’ll feel balanced, restored and rejuvenated.
