Trek and Field is our premier treadmill class created by Coach Rashad.
You will work on running speed and form while on the treadmills for the “track” component, and then you’ll practice your “field” work on the turf.

Strength training class which focuses on core power movements with olympic barbell and with kettlebell.
Half the class is focused on strength and power movements, the other half focuses on speed and sports agility.

TFR Cycling classes are some of the best in the city! Our Cycling theater features 28 Schwinn Performance bikes and 2 65” televisions for our Hip Hop Video Rides.
TFR also has a beautiful multipurpose/yoga room equipped with yoga matts, small hand weights and a barre. This room is perfect for a Zumba party and calm enough for a Savasana Yoga class.

TFR CrossFit is fully loaded with a 50 ft iron rig and all the wall balls, weights, kettlebells and bar bells that make a CrossFit WOD complete.
There is a 20 yard turf which is perfect for pushing prowlers, dragging sleds, sprints, burpees and our signature “Trek” and Field Cardio Class. Adjacent to the turf there is a 1 lane 15 meter track used to focus on agility, block starts, and hurdling techniques for our sports specific track athletes.
TFR also welcomes you to bring your children during the hours of 4:30 PM and 8:30 PM Monday through Friday and Saturdays 8 am to Noon on to our TFR Kidz Zone.
