Do you love to dance and sweat? Well come to our Zumba class on Thursdays from 6:45 – 7:30 PM with our newest addition to the TFR Family, Zumba coach, KANDICE SHELTON! Kandice has a great deal of expertise, awesome energy and has her own personal weight loss story that will inspire us all. If you want more Zumba on the schedule, be sure to put it in the suggestion box, or tell Kandice!
