TFR No Excuses Fitness Challenge

Join our TFR No Excuses Challenge!! We will encourage you to workout 30 minutes a day and burn at least 250 calories. These calories will be logged on a heart rate monitor which we sell at the gym or you can get one on your own. Every day that you post a picture of your calories burned in our Challenge Facebook Group you will win points. You will also receive points for weight lost (there are rules for weighing in that must be followed since this is an online challenge)

All questions can be directed to the “Don” of Nutrition, Coach Donika Bush! She will be your guide and you can email her at don@totalfitnessrevolution.com with specific questions. The cost of the challenge is $20, you will be provided a meal guide, a workout plan and the support of the TFR coaches and friends!!! What’s your excuse? It doesn’t matter where you are, all you need is a heart rate monitor and a phone and away we go!!!! Let’s lose this weight and PUSH OURSELVES TO THE LIMIT!!!
