Happy MLK Day of Service to everyone! Let’s celebrate our civil rights hero! Take a look below at the significance of each movement and channel that energy when you are working out and paying respect to one of the most important public figures to lead the charge and painted the landscape to end racial division in America. We are happy to celebrate diversity and inclusion at TFR. Our gym would NOT exist if it wasn’t for leaders like Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. Lets GET THIS WORK… TOGETHER!!!

5 RFT (For the 5 day march on Selma)
400 meter run (5, 400 meter runs for the 54 miles they marched)
8 power snatch 75/115 (8/28 is the day he marched on washington which led to the passing of the civil rights act)
28 burpees
