TFR CrossFit Hump Day

 

Level 1 WOD:

30 muscle ups for time

 

Rest 5 min

 

Run 800 meters as fast as possible with a weight vest

 

 

Level 2 WOD:

 

5 rounds of

15 strict pullups  (use bands as necessary)

15 handstand pushups or handstand holds  (be cautious of muraled wall)

 

Rest 5 min

 

Run 800 meters with med ball as fast as possible
