Somehow we made it to Wednesday with no running or squats. How did that happen?!? Let’s make up for it today.

30 Min AMRAP

400m Run
20 back squat 95/65
20 walking lunges

*stretch really well to ensure proper depth on the squats
*scale weight appropriately
*use the rack
*aim for 4 minutes or less on each round
