TEAM WORKOUT!
 
In team of 2 execute 100 hang cleans (no squat) 95/135
Then a 1 mile run as a team
Score: total time when last teammate comes in from the mile run
 
*scale appropriately, should feel moderately heavy/challenging*
 
– Each teammate has their own bar. They must hold on to the bar for the entire wod (minus the running). For example, partner 1 does 10 cleans while partner 2 holds the bar in the hang position, then partner 2 does 10 cleans while partner 1 holds the bar in the hang position.
– 10 burpee penalty when any individual drops the bar.
– each team can pick their own way to divide up the reps
– If there is an odd number of people, then one person can do 50 cleans and hold the bar while they rest. Or they can do a team of 3 and do 150 cleans total img_6561
