Team Workout


Complete 3 Full Rotations of the following for time

Teammate 1: row 250 meters as fast as possible (the pacekeeper)

Teammate 2: run on treadmill while treadmill is off


Once teammate 1 is done with the row you can then switch responsibilities. In the transition you must execute 20 tandem pushups with a partner hand clap (switch arms after each pushup)


Cash out : 50 tandem toes to bar


*if odd number of people an individual must complete cycle 3 times and a 1 min run on treadmill while powered off*
