15 Deadlifts @ 135/95

Part B:

6Min to find 1RM Clean & Jerk

 

-No preloading

 

-Power clean or squat clean ok

 

-Take as many reps as you can fit into the 6Min cap

 

-Your highest lift with proper form will be your total

 

*Female multiplier is 1.6x their highest lift
