Test number 1 is in the books….great participation from everyone today… hopefully you learned a lot about yourselves and where you can begin with your improvements! Sooo….now on to test number 2….I cannot stress the importance of this test as it is the foundation for every power lift! The only way you will get stronger is if you put in the work….GAINZ camp is in session! Also if you happen to see a few tiny future CrossFitters walking around TFR today….be sure to give em a high five, tell em to keep at it and they too shall have the GAINZ!
