Every 2nd Min for 10 mins of 3 rep Front Squat (5 sets)


Part B:


500 m Row for time

Rest 2 minutes

400 m Run for time

Rest 4 minutes


5 RFT of Cindy


5 Pullups

10 Push-ups

15 Air Squats
