Tabata Sprints (on treadmill)
Tabata Pushups (standard, not hand release)
Tabata Toes to Bar
Tabata Ring Dips

complete 4 full minutes of each exercise, 20 sec on 10 sec off, 8 rounds.

then rest 5 min

Run 2 800s for time, 2 min rest in between. Record time for fastest 800.
