An oldie but goodie! Get those kettlebells outside and let’s get to swinging!
 
WOD
 
Part A:
In Teams of 2, execute 200 kettlebell swings at 35/53. While one person swings, the other person is running 200 meters as fast as possible.
 
Part B:
10 minute amrap
5 Thrusters 65/95
10 pushups (no HR)
*aim for 5-7 rounds*
 
Part C:
5-5-5 Back Squat at 80% of max, which we established last month
