Team Workout EMOM style:

100 Box Jumps (24/20)
While your partner is doing box jumps, you will be running on the treadmill. At the end of the minute you guys swap (be sure to keep a running count)

200 lunges
While your partner is doing lunges, you will be running on the treadmill. At the end of the minute you guys swap (be sure to keep a running count)

100 sit-ups
While your partner is doing sit-ups, you will be running on the treadmill. At the end of the minute you guys swap (be sure to keep a running count)
