TFR CrossFit Thursday WOD – 2/23/17

The CrossFit Open is here….this is what all of our hard work over the past year has prepared us for….to show the nation a better version of ourselves than last year this time! If it’s your first time competing…soak it in….learn as much as you can….and most importantly have FUN! With that being said….let’s get our active recovery on so that we’re fresh for the Open WOD on Friday!
