Wow! We have much to celebrate from this past weekend! Our teams did a phenomenal job in the Caffeinated Games, and this beauty right here, Coach Don Bush placed 2nd in the Novice category in her NPC Bikini Competition. Go Coach Don!
 
I hope you enjoyed your off-loading week last week. Now it’s time to test you and see how much strength you gained from our 6 week program! The coaches are all excited to see what skills you’ve learned and how strong you have become. We are starting the week off just like we have for the past two months. With a full Squat Clean and Jerk! Get those journals out and let’s see we can pass our PRs!
