Part A: 5 x 3 Power snatch + OH Squat 70%

Part B: 3RFT:
3 Power Snatches (75/55)
5 OHS (75/55)
7 Ring Muscle-ups (or 14 ring dip from knees on floor)

9 Power Cleans (75/55)
12 Front Squats (75/55)
15 C2B Pull-ups
