Part A:

8 min emom

5 Back squat @ 80% and 10 walking lunges (all to be done within that minute)

 

Part B:

In 7 minutes

Run 800 meters as fast as possible and in remaining time, max squat cleans 135/95

 

REST 3 MINUTES

 

In 4 minutes

Run 400 meters as fast as possible and in remaining time, max thrusters 135/95
