Its Monday and opening day at the Georgia Dome! In honor of our Atlanta Falcons we decided to give you guys a taste of a CrossFit Football style workout. RISE UP!!!!!!

20 Back squats below parallel 115/75

10 lateral burpee box jumps 20/24

 

*spend a lot of time on hip mobility to before starting the WOD.

 

**If you can’t get below parallel please scale the weight accordingly and use a ball or a box for a target if necessary
