The class is to complete 1000 ab movements of the following 10 exercises

100 V ups
100 situps
100 bicycle crunches
100 single leg situps
100 hanging knee raises
100 row boats
100 double leg raises
100 scissor kicks
100 flutter kicks
100 mason twist

The class must complete 1000 ab movements. You will hold a plank while one person works and when they complete “X” number of reps they will pass responsibility to next person.

*up to discretion of coach to change the amount of reps based on number of people in class

*coach can change to a partner wod

*coach can change movements

*coach can do whatever they want
