”Tis a beautiful day at TFR CrossFit to get Open WOD 17.5 behind us 😂😂!!!!!! Athletes a word to the wise….please do not take this workout simplicity for granted. It is going to be tough as it is Metabolic Conditioning at its finest! Let’s get it!

Workout 17.5

10 rounds for time of:
9 thrusters
35 double-unders

Men use 95 lb.
Women use 65 lb.
