TFR CrossFit Friday WOD

In teams of 2 with a running clock:

2000 meter row in 500 meter increments as fast as possible

100 box jump in sets of 20 as fast as possible

1 mile run in 400 m increments as fast as possible

One person working, partner must hold kettlebell 35/53 above waist. Or hold deadlift at waist 135/185. Your choice.

If odd people, one person rows 1000 meters (row 500, hold KB for 2 min then row another 500.)
50 box jumps in sets of 10 with 1 minute of object holding
Run 2 x 400 meters (run, then hold object for 2 min)
