Time for a team WOD!!

“Three Amigos”
Teams of 3 or 2 depending on the class
7 Kettlebell Swings (70/53)
7 Box Jumps (24″/20″)
Sprint 40 yds (down the turf and back)
30 DU or 90 singles
Sprint (down the turf and back)

Teammates cycle through, one athlete at a time completing full rounds.
