Part A
5-5-5 deadlift at 70%

Part B
In teams of 2, 200 calorie row
Person 1 executes 15 deadlifts while their partner rows 2 minutes worth of calories. After the 15 deadlifts the partner must hold the bar in a hanging position for duration of 2 minutes. If partner drops bar both athletes must execute 10 burpees and resume work.
