In teams of 2 execute
200 pushups and 200 Squats
1 person working, the other is running .25 miles on treadmill. When the athlete completes the treadmill run, they trade out responsibility. If teams of 3 then we add a 3rd station which is the rower. The rower is simply a space filler, so one person is running (setting the pace), one person is rowing and the other person is working towards the reps. Once the athlete completes .25 miles, then they rotate.
