What’s your favorite class to train?
My Barbells & Kettlebells class on Wednesdays at 6:30 PM and Saturdays at 10 AM
What’s your funniest client story?
My funniest client story would have to be about two summers ago I was working with my football players at Piedmont Park in the volleyball sand pit. I was teaching my defensive backs how to stay low in their back pedals with the help of the volleyball net. So, I’m coaching and motivating and yelling at their slow pace and how badly they are out of shape to be ELITE. So one of them said, “Coach, can you show us?” ME: “No Problem…”
Long story short, I forgot how I put my hair back and it got stuck in the net and I met the sand!!….FACE FIRST!
What’s an example of a healthy, lunch and dinner?
Healthy lunch for me is a spinach salad topped with baked chicken breast, strawberries, cashews and 2 boiled eggs!
A healthy dinner is brown sugar salmon, brown rice, asparagus and corn
I would have to say my family for the most part. They have always shown me the meaning of how hard work pays off in a rough city like Miami, so I feel obligated to show gratitude through my own hard work. That is why I live through the “#beGREAT” motto. I pretty much use everything to push the motivated button..rainy days, the hottest days, whatever. My Father always told me, “somewhere, someone is taking this day off so use the time to get the edge over them.”
