Join certified pre/postnatal fitness coach, Lauren Powers for a 5 week prenatal fitness series.
Class will be a combination of cardio, strength training and mobility.

The 5 week series is $150 for non members, $100 for members. 2 days per week. We will base the schedule off the response from the mommies.
