I am originally from New York (Westchester County) and I am proud to share the same birthday as Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. I am married to a Marine and the proud parent of two girls. I have been in the finance industry approximately 34 years and I love it!
How long have you been a member of TFR?
I have been with my second family since August 2014
What’s your workout routine, or what classes do you take?
I try to workout at least 6 days a week (classes and hiking Kennesaw Mountain with the family). During this challenge, I have been able to experience all of the classes that are offered. They have been challenging and rewarding at the same time and I love it!
What goals have you accomplished this year?
It takes 21 days to establish a habit, so one of my goals was to do some type of workout 6 days a week (which I have)
I wanted to lose 12 pounds by the second quarter, which I have
I increased my water intake
What’s your favorite cheat meal?
fried cat fish
What’s your favorite exercise or class?
I don’t have one favorite class. I am very thankful for the Shred, Zumba and Cardio Funk class because I have no rhythm (smile)

Any words of wisdom for new TFR members?
Take one day at a time and do not put too much pressure on yourself. At TFR, we are a family and the staff has a genuine concern for our success. Anyone who knows me knows that I LOVE football. Vince Lombardi was one of the greatest coaches in the NFL and on of my favorite quotes he stated was “Perfection is not attainable, but if we chase perfection, we catch excellence”.
