Tell us a little bit about yourself (where you’re from, industry, children etc,)
I was born and raised in Wyoming. After graduating High School I left Wyoming to attend college in Texas where I received my Bachelors in Accounting and later received my MBA. I currently work at EIS (Genuine Parts Company/Napa Auto Parts) as an Accounting Manager and I have been there for 13 years. I am an only child and no I’m not spoiled. I do not have children and do not foresee them in my future, however, I’m an excellent babysitter and love sending your children back home after my shift has ended. I love travelling and being a couch potato. My couch and I have a great relationship. I really don’t want to admit this but I think I’m addicted to working out. I’m at TFR 5 days a week. That is way too much time at the gym, I need a life.
How long have you been a member of TFR?
I’ve been a member since 2011
What’s your workout routine, or what classes do you take?
No workout is my favorite, I despise them all. lol. My class schedule is Trek n Field, HIIT, Track Abs, Shred and Bootcamp.
I Have a love hate relationship with all the trainers.
What goals have you accomplished this year?
My goal this year as it has been for the last 5 years was to lose 10 lbs. and keep it off and it finally happened. This year I have lost 15 lbs. and I’m maintaining the weight loss with the various classes that I started taking outside of my normal bootcamp class.
What’s your favorite cheat meal?
Banana Caramel Crunch from Coldstone and Candy. I’m a candy junkie.
What’s your favorite exercise or class? What do you enjoy the most about TFR?
My favorite class is Track Abs, those 30 mins are the worst 30 mins of my life but after it’s over I know that I worked hard and gave it all I had.
What I enjoy most about TFR is the family atmosphere. Everyone is always pushing the next person to the next level and everyone is so uplifting. The trainers are always willing to help you go that extra mile and they are always holding us accountable. It’s just enjoyable to be around people who hold you accountable and call you out when needed. It’s that push that we all need.
