Sup TFR athletes….Gentle and Restorative Yoga is back with @Jennifer Morales starting 6:30 pm on Tuesday, March 28th. Take care of your body and it will take care of you.

Part A: 6 min EMOM

3 PC + 3FS + 3PC
(athletes choose their own load)

**athletes should pick a moderately heavy load that they can move through without breaking reps until the end the cycle**

Part B: The Chief

Max Rounds in 3 minutes
3 PC
6 Push-ups
9 air squat

Rest 1 min and repeat for 5 rounds
